Sales

Tim has over 18 years experience selling technology products in the videogame business.  Tim conceived of the idea for Fast Forward because of his entrepreneurial nature and a desire to leverage his experience and drive for results for multiple clients.  His long-standing relationships with developers and publishers have forged licensing deals with the industry’s leading developers and publishers such as EA, Blizzard, Microsoft, SCEA, Capcom, Zenimax, Square Enix, Ubisoft and Tencent.

Prior to and during Fast Forward, Tim has held various sales and sales management positions with ARM, Emergent Game Technologies and Criterion Software (a subsidiary of Electronic Arts).  During Tim’s tenure in the middleware business, he has been responsible for selling technology solutions that include audio, physics, visibility optimization, graphics, compilers, LOD generation, lighting and A.I.  Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Strategy and Leadership Development

With 30 years of experience in consulting and management roles, Katie has focused her work in the last ten years especially on organizational and leadership development. Equipped with a Stanford MBA and Cornell Engineering degree, her business experience is broad, headlined by Procter and Gamble, Apple Computer, Time Warner, and several privately held companies in the video game market.

Katie’s passion is to chart the path for executives and managers to achieve their organizational mission and objectives. She has worked with and counseled leaders in large publicly traded companies, venture-backed companies, and privately held start-ups. Navigation of the organizational issues related to start-up, growth, sale, acquisition, and shutdown has been a key part of her role with each employer and client. Her clients rely upon her understanding of human and organizational behavior, game theory and risk management, incentive systems and negotiation. Katie sees the big picture, as well as being able to coach to a detailed action plan.
